What we will never do
No physical harm, harsh or degrading treatment, unsupervised confinement, or withholding of meals, rest, or toileting — ever. Any behaviour plan is built with your family, not for you.

You can expect
- Brief conversations at pick-up and drop-off
- Photos, videos, and updates via the Brightwheel app
- Emails or calls from our manager, lead teachers, and owner
- Individual meetings whenever you'd like one
We may ask you about
- Your child's morning, night, or weekend at drop-off
- Changes in routine or context at home
- Changes in health or behaviour
- Anything that helps us understand your child better
Teachers are always supervising children first, so conversations at drop-off may be brief — for a longer chat, just request a meeting through Brightwheel, email, or a call.

Two classrooms means our team gets to know every child — their temperament, their friendships, what they were working on yesterday.

- A lead educator in each classroom, supported by our teaching team
- Every educator, student teacher, and substitute holds a current criminal record check and the documentation required by BC Child Care Licensing
